The elite package is chosen for anyone who is looking for a sport specific goal which entails a full commitment to change through fitness and nutrition programmes. The training and nutritional programmes designed will be as specific as we choose, it will ensure the results will show the precise and accurate programme designs. We will work together once a week to discuss results, strengths, weaknesses, further questions on development and support. 
The lifestyle package is chosen if you're looking to adapt to a more sustainable and effective lifestyle, we will focus on habits and look to adapt them in a positive way that will influence your body, mind and health. We will discuss these habits and lifestyle changes once a week and set realistic goals that will help you achieve a healthier and balance lifestyle.
Looking to just focus on your training in a more specific and direct way which is suitable for your body? We will work together to create this programme to ensure you change your body to the shape it most desires, the success will come with realistic and measurable goals that we create to ensure that you will thrive in the fitness enviorment.
